I am a Chartered Accountant and CFA (Level 1) with over 20 years spanning elite investment banking and senior CFO roles. My career bridges two worlds — the rigour of M&A advisory at institutions like Morgan Stanley, Daiwa Capital Markets, and ICICI Securities, and the hands-on impact of CFO leadership at Traya Health and HealthAssure.

At Traya Health, I lead the entire finance function — from restructuring reporting frameworks and building process-driven teams to closing a ₹75 crore fundraise. At HealthAssure, I steered a ₹50 crore round while building investor relations and compliance infrastructure across multiple business lines with 500+ employees.

I believe finance should be a growth engine, not just a support function. I combine deep financial expertise with a passion for technology and AI-powered automation — always looking for smarter ways to run leaner, more efficient finance teams.

Beyond the office, I am deeply fascinated by what AI can do when you point it at real-world problems. I spend a lot of time experimenting with AI tools — not just for finance, but to build things that make everyday life a little smarter and more fun. From predictive models to personal finance tools, I believe the best way to learn a technology is to build with it.
